Thank you to all our Customers for another successful Deer Season🦌

Our Spring and Summer hours will be Monday -Friday 10am to 5pm. (We can make arrangements to be here until 6 on occasion,by appointment only, for those who can’t make 5pm)

Saturdays -by appointment only Sundays CLOSED.

Al’s Wild Meat will be closed Thursday New Years Eve and Friday New Years Day!

Al’s Wild Meat will be closed December 24th, 25th and 26th. We will re open on Sunday the 27th @10am

We will be accepting coolers, Deer or Hog, Sunday December 6th. You do not need an appointment. If it is within our hours 9am to 5pm you will be able to drop off your cooler. Please check back the rest of the week for updates.

Sorry we are not accepting drop offs until Sunday December 6!!! If you’d like faster service please message us or call and I can give you 3 or 4 other options for processors.

Excellent facility. Excellent product. The sausages are very good and always consistent with the seasonings. Everything except for the ground is vacuum packed and portion sized. All of my prime cuts are clean and trimmed perfectly.

Al's is a wonderful place to get your game processed. The snack sticks are out of this world as well as the sausage. Turn around time even during peak season is not bad and neither is the cost!

About us

Al's Wild Meat Processing is owned by Allan Hogan and his wife Christine. We started from just a group of friends getting together and making sausage to becoming incorporated in 2011.

We primarily process Deer and Hog.  We make a variety of sausage flavors and prepare it several ways, including ground, fresh link, smoked, summer sausage, snack sticks & deer bacon.

We pride ourselves in making sure our customers are getting their own harvest back. We will vacuum seal, label and freeze your order and get it retuned to you as quickly as possible.

Our location is easy to get to, right off of I-75. 
We hope to see you this hunting season.
