Al's Wild Meat Processing is owned by Allan Hogan and his wife Christine. We started from just a group of friends getting together and making sausage to becoming incorporated in 2011.
We primarily process Deer and Hog. We make a variety of sausage flavors and prepare it several ways, including ground, fresh link, smoked, summer sausage, snack sticks & deer bacon.
We pride ourselves in making sure our customers are getting their own harvest back. We will vacuum seal, label and freeze your order and get it retuned to you as quickly as possible.
Our location is easy to get to, right off of I-75.
