Our Spring and Summer hours will be Monday -Friday 10am to 5pm. (We can make arrangements to be here until 6 on occasion,by appointment only, for those who can’t make 5pm)
Saturdays -by appointment only Sundays CLOSED.

We will be accepting coolers, Deer or Hog, Sunday December 6th. You do not need an appointment. If it is within our hours 9am to 5pm you will be able to drop off your cooler. Please check back the rest of the week for updates.

- Scott VExcellent facility. Excellent product. The sausages are very good and always consistent with the seasonings. Everything except for the ground is vacuum packed and portion sized. All of my prime cuts are clean and trimmed perfectly.
- Santo MAl and the boys have done a few deer and hogs for me. Best I have had. These guys know what they are doing!
